Rules:
- Check-in: 03:00pm
- If you make the check-in after 10:00pm, our security staff will receive you since our front desk closes from 10:00pm to 8:00am
- Check- out : 11:00am
- We will charge a penalization fee for late check-out without previous advice
- When you make the check-in, it is necessary to live a $2,000 MXN guarantee deposit in case of any damage
- Damage to towels, bed sheets and/or furniture will apply extra charges
- We have Live Chill Music (bossa nova, jazz, reggae) until 11:00pm
- Parties are not allowed
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (patio)
- We invite you to turn off the A/C every time you leave the room. We are sure Mother Nature will appreciate your gesture
- Hanging towels or clothes in the terrace/balcony is not allowed
- Daily housekeeping will take place daily from 11:00-14:00hrs
