If you make the check-in after 10:00pm, our security staff will receive you since our front desk closes from 10:00pm to 8:00am

We will charge a penalization fee for late check-out without previous advice
When you make the check-in, it is necessary to live a $2,000 MXN guarantee deposit in case of any damage
Damage to towels, bed sheets and/or furniture will apply extra charges
We have Live Chill Music (bossa nova, jazz, reggae) until 11:00pm
